Oh no she didn't!

I do lots of things I'm not proud of.  I justify all of these things in my mind while doing them...nevertheless, they probably shouldn't be done.  See for yourself:

Oh no I didn't:
1. Empty potty contents in the backyard and sprayed the potty with a hose or rinse it out with rain water dripping off of the roof. (it's better than wiping it out with a towel....GROSS!)

Oh no I didn't...
2. Wipe my kids nose with dirty jeans from the hamper (it was the closest thing to me!)

Oh no I didn't...
3. Threaten to leave my kids at the safe baby site (OK...not proud of this one, I was having a bad day)

Oh no I didn't...
4. Pick up hot dogs from 7-11 and called it dinner.(hey...my kids like hot dogs, it was dinner time, and we were already at 7-11 getting gas- makes perfect sense)

Oh no I didn't...
5. Make my boys repeat an outfit for school on Monday morning that they wore to church the Sunday before (in my defense, we immediately removed the clothes after church on Sunday afternoon so they were in them 3hrs tops)

Oh no I didn't...
6. Throw away my kids artwork from school that they are soooo proud of! (how many stick figure families and rainbows am I required to keep?)

Oh no I didn't...
7. Use a bobby pin to retrieve boogers (my finger wouldn't fit plus my aunt did this to me once when I was a kid and although I hated it then...it really is a good idea plus I really hate snotty, booger nosed kids)

Oh no I didn't...
8. Refill my pickle jar with pickles from the condiment bar at Cousins BBQ (OK, they have the best condiment bar ever, and they give you these Styrofoam bowls to take home and I filled it up with pickles and I couldn't just throw the unused ones away so I added them to my pickle jar...I'm one smart cookie!)

Oh no I didn't...
9. Stock up on plastic coffee stirrers from McDonald's (I love these coffee stirrers because they are long enough to fit in my tall travel mugs and I don't have to dirty up a spoon unnecessarily...I am a genius!)

Can't believe I shared all of that with you.  You know what they say, honesty is the best policy!

  2. Love it!! Love it!! Love it!!

Just reminds me that I'm not alone with some of the crazy mom stuff I do and then end up shaking my head when my toddler turns around and does the same thing!!

    Too funny for words!

  3. Bwahaha! Hilarious! Thanks for sharing. I've never done any of these, but I may need to try #7. I so hate my son's nose when it gets all icky.
