What on earth is The T.I.E.S. That Bind blog about, you ask? Well, it’s about everything and a whole lotta nuthin’.
First, I’ll let you know how we came up with the name. Our blog used to have our last name as part of the title and I decided to take out our last name for a little added security against the crazies of the world. Well, Terrance a.k.a. The Hubby, came up with The T.I.E.S. that Bind which is actually an acronym for our names: Terrance, Ian, Evan & Shanita. So there you have it… Clever, huh?!
On this blog, you may find posts about motherhood, silly conversations that you may hear at our house, posts about my favorite things, milestones in the boys lives, a few scriptures, and a lot of my personal opinions on whatever topic that gets my blood boilin’. I may even post a recipe or two and we all know…I DON’T COOK!
Starting this blog was an easy way for me to allow my extended family to keep up with us since we all live so far away from one another. I also like that it’s a convenient way to capture memories of our boys and it’s whole lot easier than scrap booking!
