Stuffed Pasta Shells

My friend Tanya texted me a recipe for Stuffed Pasta Shells that she made for dinner and I thought I'd share it here on my blog. I planned on waiting for her to make it and report back to me whether it was a hit or a flop but I decided to give it a try since she was taking too long and it looked so good!

After traveling to four different stores for jumbo pasta shells, I was finally able to make the dish and I'm glad I did because it was scrumdiddlyumptious! I added a side salad with homemade ranch dressing and BAM! A delicious dinner in less than an hour that everyone loved! Terrance said it's the best meal he's eaten in a while! (I'm not sure whether or not that's a good or a bad thing, but whatever).
